  • Get knowledge on micro controllers and connection between sensor and controller.
  • Concentrate on the parts of sensors and its concepts related with real time appliances.

3. Building Awareness at School Level and ITI, Polytechnic, Advanced Training Institutes (ATI) Project entitled Awareness Program on Real-Time Applications of Sensor Based Smart Home Appliances Under Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical System, Sponsored by Department of Science & Technology Government of India.

By this awareness program, students have learned about concept and different types of sensors, connection between sensors and controllers and developed real time home appliances like human body detector, temperature display, remote control home appliance, fair alarm, gas leakage, water level detector, pressure detector, speed detector, distance calculator etc. It is concluded that the vishakhapatnam paderu division GTW ashram school students have learned about basics of sensors and real time application on home appliances.

4. Unnat Bharat Abhiyan - A flagship program of the Ministry of Education India

Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is inspired by the vision of transformational change in rural development processes by leveraging knowledge on institutions to help and build the architecture of an inclusive india.

Under this scheme we have adopted five villages and identified three core issues common amongst all the villages and few issues based on local conditions and engaged the faculty and students for identify issues in rural areas and finding sustainable solutions for the same.

Identify and select existing innovative technologies and enable customization of technologies or devise implementation methods for innovative solutions as required by the people. Also, encourages to be a part of social service activities in those villages, supporting the needy, conducting health check-up camps and providing infrastructure facilities through the fund provided by the institute and allow to contribute to devising systems for smooth implementation of various government programmes.
