The Competency Building and Consultancy (CBC) division is a dedicated Skill and Knowledge Centre committed to transforming students into industry-ready professionals through structured competency-building programs. CBC bridges the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by providing opportunities for skill development, reskilling, upskilling and global Certifications in emerging technologies. Through a carefully designed learning framework, students gain practical exposure, technical expertise, and professional competencies that enhance employability, career growth, and readiness for high-demand technology job roles (with CTC exceeding Rs/- 10 LPA).

CBC offers specialized training programs in cutting-edge domains such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud, SAP, Blockchain Technology, IoT & 5G Communication Technologies, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality, Mobile Application Development, and Quantum Computing. These programs are from III to VI Semester, with each training program extended over 36 hours wand designed with a strong focus on hands-on learning, industry certifications, relevant tools, real-world projects, and career-oriented skill enhancement. By integrating technical knowledge with practical application, CBC enables advanced learners develop job-ready competencies, and build successful careers in rapidly evolving technology sectors in the global workforce.

Salesforce:

The Salesforce Admin program offers an understanding of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), cloud-based customer relationship management platform which includes Salesforce ecosystem, key features, and major clouds such as Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.

ServiceNow:

The ServiceNow course provides a comprehensive introduction to one of the most powerful cloud-based IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms used across industries for digital workflow automation. The fundamentals of ServiceNow architecture, explores its cloud computing concepts, multi-tenant framework, and interaction through developer instances.

Microsoft Azure Cloud:

Microsoft Azure begins with the essentials of cloud technology, guiding students through the process of creating an Azure account and exploring the Azure Portal interface.

AWS Cloud:

The AWS Cloud Foundation course provides a comprehensive introduction to the essential concepts of cloud computing through Amazon Web Services (AWS). It begins with an overview of Cloud Concepts, focusing on the core principles of cloud computing, deployment models, and shared responsibility.

Enterprise Resource Planning - SAP:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - SAP program provides training on a core business functions like finance, human resources, and supply chain into a single system to streamline operations and improve efficiency. SAP programming environment with an introduction to fundamentals, structure of the system, core modules, and Data Dictionary, which defines and manages data elements used across SAP applications.

Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality:

AR/VR develop practical skills in Unity3D by designing and implementing a 3D Maze Game, gaining experience in game development and interactive content creation. The program also includes real-world AR applications such as AR Wedding Invitations, AR Playing Cards, and AR/VR gaming experiences, enabling students to build innovative industry-relevant solutions.

Mobile and Web Application Development:

The Flutter Mobile App Development (MAD) program provides a complete foundation for building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. It begins with the basics of the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and essential development tools such as VS Code, Android Studio, Xcode, and GitHub Desktop.

IoT & 5G Technology:

The IoT & 5G Technology program provides a comprehensive understanding of the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem and next-generation 5G communication networks. It covers connected devices, sensors, smart systems, wireless communication protocols, edge computing, 5G architecture, network applications, and emerging use cases in smart cities, healthcare, Industry 4.0, and autonomous systems.

Blockchain Technology:

The Blockchain Technology program offers a comprehensive understanding of decentralized digital ledger systems and distributed computing networks. It covers blockchain architecture, cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), digital assets, security frameworks, and real-world applications across finance, supply chain management, healthcare, governance, and enterprise solutions.

Quantum Computing:

The training program introducing to quantum computing fundamentals, quantum circuits, and algorithms using tools like Qiskit. The program emphasizes practical learning, enabling to build and simulate quantum solutions with real-world applications in emerging technologies.
