Distinguished academicians, research scientists and senior Faculty members are the strength of this Institute who have been instrumental in the growth and development of IARE. There are 304 faculty members who are not just experienced in their respective streams but also show enthusiasm in adopting latest teaching methods. This is evident from the results, where the number of faculty achieving 100 % result in their respective subjects is growing every year. 

Faculty is encouraged to attend national and international conferences / seminars / workshops to hone their skills. In this direction the institute extends leave benefits as well as financial assistance. Performance based incentives announced by the management from time to time has helped in maintaining faculty stability factor thus paving way to outstanding results.

IARE would encourage diligent and dedicated people to serve IARE as faculty and openings for such candidates are available round the year. Interested candidates may apply for the post of Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in the departments of CSE, CSE (AI & ML), CSE (Data Science), CSE (Cyber Security), CSIT, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering and Civil Engineering.
