Aneka Cloud

IARE has established the Aneka Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) to build industry-ready capabilities in Cloud Computing, Distributed Computing, and Cloud Application Development. Aneka is a software platform and Platform as a Service (PaaS) product created by Manjrasoft. It acts as cloud middleware to build, manage, and run distributed applications across private, public, and hybrid clouds. It uses a .NET-based framework to turn a mix of computers or servers into a unified virtual cloud resource.

The CoE provides students and faculty with opportunities for hands-on learning, real-world projects, industry mentoring, and application development using Aneka Cloud technologies.
