Day Care Center

IARE Started day care center to support the women staff. A day care center takes care of baby’s age of 3 years to 10 years. The need for day care center is being recognized with increasing women employment in IARE.

IARE has taken the initiative and has established the Day Care Center in the premises only. Attached to the Tuck shop to reduce the burden of working women of IARE and to provide emotional and social support, stimulation and quality child care for children who have to spent time away from home.

IARE has been striving to provide all comforts and high-class facilities to all her dedicated faculties. One notable facility among them has been the daycare center. Good parenting is very important for a child’s development, but unfortunately, a working class parent might not be able to give the right amount of care to the little one. This is where a daycare facility would come in handy. IARE had started the daycare facility with the same aim. Located at the TIIC Centre building, the daycare center has ample amenities hygienic, healthy and full-time work force. Taking into account the need and convenience of the staff, the daycare center had been opening its door from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The daycare center has been managed by two efficient and trained caretakers who seek to fulfill the comfort of children according to their needs. The daycare center has been well furnished, with a stimulating environment, vibrant colors and with a safe setting. The day care has also been supplying the children with primary learning settings along with recreational activity and a play area. The facilities have been widely availing the services from the daycare center. Children from the age of 3 years to 10 years are being benefited from this facility. Even the children of school going age (up to ten years) can avail daycare services mostly after 3:30 PM.

The daycare center of IARE is indeed a boon to the work force of the institution. This facility would be ensuring that the staff could give their best at work without any other stress. 

Management committee:

The management of the day care center is vested upon the committee constituted by the institute authority with the members from parents, faculty and administrative officers.

Requirement for admission in the center:

• Birth certificate of the child / children
• Medical fitness certificate of children
• Aadhar card / employee ID card xerox copy of parent
• Two copies of passport size photos.
• Children aadhar card
